S360 Staffing

Senior Talent, On Your Team, In Three to Four Weeks.

We recruit AI-augmented Filipino remote professionals — autonomous, initiative-taking, trained to work as partners — and place them full-time inside your company. A dedicated person who owns a function — paid at the top of their market, and still well under a local salary.

The service, plainly

It's hiring.  We just do the hard parts.

You tell us the role. We write the scorecard with you, source against it from our own pipeline, run the interviews and the skills testing, and put two or three genuinely qualified people in front of you. You pick one.

From there they're yours full-time — in your standups, your systems, your hours. We stay behind them: employment, payroll, AI certification, coaching, performance reviews, and a replacement if it doesn't work. There's no recruiting fee and no per-hour markup game.

Plain English
A Pathfinder is an AI-augmented Filipino remote professional — highly autonomous, quick to take initiative, and trained to work as a partner rather than an order-taker. They support your team in whatever the role is scoped to own: your hours, your systems, employed and managed by us.

What we place

Six categories.  One person at a time.

These are the functions we recruit for every week, which is why we can move in three to four weeks instead of three months. If your role isn't listed, ask — the pipeline is deeper than the page.

How it works

Five steps.  Three to four weeks.

This is the real timeline, measured from the alignment call. Specialist and technical roles sit at the top of that range; support and admin roles usually land under three weeks.

Day 0

Alignment call

Thirty minutes. What the role owns, what good looks like in ninety days, what it's worth to you. We tell you honestly if staffing is the wrong answer.

  • Role and scope defined
  • Success measures agreed
  • Budget band confirmed
What "3–4 weeks" actually means: from the alignment call to your Pathfinder's first working day — including sourcing, testing, your interviews, offer, certification, and systems setup. Not time-to-shortlist. Time to someone doing the work.
Why the Philippines

Not the cheapest market.  The one that works.

We recruit exclusively in the Philippines. It isn't a cost arbitrage story so much as a labor market story — a large, English-speaking professional workforce already trained on US business practice, in a timezone we can make overlap.

01
English is the working language
English is an official language of the Philippines and the language of university instruction. Written and spoken fluency is the norm in professional roles, not a differentiator you pay extra for.
02
A deep professional bench
The country's IT and business-services sector employs well over a million people. That means genuine seniority is available — controllers, RCM managers, engineers, marketers — not just entry-level support staff.
03
Trained on US standards
Filipino finance, healthcare, and legal professionals are routinely trained on US GAAP, US payer and coding rules, and US compliance practice. The ramp is shorter than most buyers expect.
04
Real hours overlap
Teams work US business hours by arrangement, not by accident. You get same-day answers and a person in your standup, not an overnight handoff queue.
05
Value without the quality trade
Living costs differ; capability doesn't. Paying a Filipino professional at the top of their own market still lands well under a comparable local salary — so you get seniority you could not otherwise justify, not a discount you have to manage around.
06
People stay
Tenure culture is strong, and we pay above the local market on purpose. Turnover is the hidden cost of offshoring; it's the number we manage hardest.

The honest caveat: remote hiring fails when nobody owns the employment relationship. That's the part we took on. We are the employer of record, the performance manager, and the one you call when something slips.

The S360 standard

Anyone can send you a resume. We send you a professional.

Most companies who have been burned by remote staffing were not burned by geography. They were burned by a firm that won the deal on price and staffed it with whoever was available. We built the opposite model — headhunt, vet against your scorecard, pay at the top, coach continuously — because that is what makes it work.

A cheap hire does not save you money. It moves the cost onto your managers, where nobody is measuring it.

01Compensation
We pay at the top of the band
Pathfinders earn in the upper tier of their local professional market, with benefits, structured performance reviews, and a career ladder that actually goes somewhere. The reason is unsentimental: the best professionals in Manila and Cebu have options, and the firms paying the least lose them first. You are not buying an hour of labor. You are buying leverage for the people already carrying too much.
02Sourcing
A pool a job board cannot reach
Degreed and licensed people — accountants, RNs, engineers, marketers, controllers — headhunted directly and, increasingly, referred by Pathfinders we have already placed. Good people know good people, and they do not refer their friends into bad jobs. It is a narrower pool than a public listing, which is exactly why we will not fill a role in five days or drop a generalist into a specialist seat.
03Pricing
One flat price, appraisal included
A single monthly package per Pathfinder by tier. It carries their salary, benefits, payroll, tooling, AI Academy certification, a dedicated Trailblazer coach, and formal performance appraisals we run and share with you. No placement fee, no hourly markup, no line items that appear in month three.
04Partnership
We stay in the room
Placement is where most agencies stop and where we start. Your Pathfinder keeps a coach, a development plan, and a scorecard reviewed on a cycle — and if the fit is wrong, replacement is our problem and our cost, not a renegotiation.
And three things we won't do
×Bid against per-hour marketplaces
×Split one person across three clients
×Quote a rate before we understand the role
Tier definitions

Three tiers. Matched to the altitude of the work.

You are matched to a tier by the scope of the work, not by hours logged. Every package is all-in — salary at the top of the local band, benefits, payroll, tooling, AI Academy certification, a dedicated Trailblazer coach, and the formal performance appraisals we run on your Pathfinder and share with you.

Case studies

Problem. Solution.  Result.

No composite clients and no invented numbers. Three engagements, described the way the client would describe them.

01Healthcare technology

A claims backlog nobody owned

Problem
A fast-growing healthcare technology company had a backlog of untouched claims. Payments were delayed, cash flow was constrained, and no single person owned the follow-up — so work fell between roles instead of moving.
Solution
S360 placed a Revenue Cycle Manager. They established clear ownership over each stage of the cycle, built a disciplined follow-up workflow, and put weekly reporting in place so the backlog became visible and measurable rather than assumed.
Result
Within three months the key bottlenecks were removed, claims were progressing, and revenue improved. The partnership has since grown to almost ten embedded Pathfinders.

02Behavioral health

A marketing engine rebuilt from scratch

Problem
Email was the main channel to referral partners and clients, and it had stalled. Open rates sat in the 15–22% band, the list was unsegmented, and campaigns went out manually when someone remembered.
Solution
A Marketing Pathfinder rebuilt the engine rather than patching it: list hygiene and deliverability first, then segmentation, then eighteen automated workflows covering intake, nurture, referral follow-up, and re-engagement.
Result
Open rates climbed to 62.3% — roughly triple the prior baseline — on a system that now runs without anyone remembering to send anything.

03Insurance

A consulting deployment that grew a role

Problem
An insurance client had systems that didn't talk to one another and no single source of operational truth. Decisions were made off exported spreadsheets that were stale by the time they were read.
Solution
S360 Consulting deployed a Management Operating System — mapping the workflows, consolidating the reporting, and defining the operating cadence to run against it.
Result
The deployment succeeded and then needed an owner. The client hired a CTO Pathfinder through S360 Staffing to run their technology stack and maintain the system. Consulting set the direction; staffing kept it alive.

Multi-entity billing, reconciled at the source

Problem
A healthcare services company running RPM and RTM programs billed across multiple physician entities and pharmacy partners, with data spread over four systems and a set of maintained spreadsheets. Every cycle, senior internal staff hand-validated eligibility, built partner statements, and chased variances they could not trace.
Solution
S360 placed controller-level finance Pathfinders who rebuilt the validation chain from the raw data up — reconciling detail rather than summaries, tracing every variance to its source, and separating genuine errors from legitimate exclusions. The workflow now runs in a fixed order through to month-end close.
Result
Billing accuracy and data validation improved materially, variances are explained rather than absorbed, and recurring reconciliation left the internal team's plate — returning senior capacity to healthcare operations and partner relationships.

What it costs

Priced for retention.  Run your own numbers.

One flat monthly rate per Pathfinder — salary at the top of their local band, benefits, payroll tax, recruiting, coaching, and tooling all carried on our side. No placement fee, no per-hour markup, no shared bench. It lands well under the all-in cost of an equivalent local hire, and deliberately above the discount remote-staffing market.

Exact pricing depends on the role, the calibre you need, and the workflow it owns, so we scope it on the discovery call rather than publishing a rate card that would be wrong for most people. The calculator gives you a defensible estimate in the meantime.
