One Basecamp. One Accountable Partner.
Summit360 was built on a simple bet: that a small, accountable team with real AI fluency can outperform a large one that bills by the hour. You handle the ascent — we carry the rest.
To make world-class operational capability available to companies that were never supposed to be able to afford it — and to build careers worth having while we do it.
Most mid-market companies face the same trap. They're too big for the founder to keep doing the books, and too small to justify a full finance team, a data engineer, and an AI strategist.
Summit360 exists in that gap. We place AI Academy–certified Pathfinders inside your team and give them the agents we build every day to work with — so the capability arrives as a working system, not a headcount request.
On the other side, we’re building genuine careers for elite global operators — the AI Academy, real mentorship, and client work that stretches them.

Four principles we actually apply.
Not wall art. These are the calls we make when a client asks for something that won't work, or when a project is going sideways.
We tell clients which workflows aren't worth automating. The no-go list is part of every roadmap we deliver.
A Pathfinder who closes their tasks while the process stays broken hasn't done the job. We're accountable to the result.
Every Pathfinder is AI Academy–certified before they meet a client. It isn’t a differentiator anymore — and the competitive window on it is about eighteen months.
Adoption fails when change happens to a team instead of with it. We build around the people doing the work.
Grounded in a human edge.
A small team by design. You work with the people who scoped your engagement — there is no handoff to a delivery pod you've never met.

Lane founded Summit 360 on a conviction he states plainly: exceptional talent, wherever it lives, deserves the platform, the pay, and the support it has always been owed. He leads partner engagements personally — every readiness consultation starts with him — and holds the line on the Summit standard when it would be easier to just fill the seat. His measure of success isn't placements made; it's how many Pathfinders are still climbing three years on. He is openly in love with the Filipino work ethic and the depth of talent in the Philippines — it is the reason Summit 360 built its bench there, and why he keeps going back.

Adot owns delivery across all six service lines and the Trailblazer program behind them. He built the operating cadence that makes Trailblazement real rather than aspirational — day-one onboarding, weekly camera-on 1:1s, EOD reviews, and the 30/60/90 rhythm every Pathfinder runs. He is the person behind the company's infrastructure — the PSA, HRIS, and ATS platforms Summit 360 runs on — and oversees every department end to end. When a partner says the engagement has been smooth from the beginning, they are describing his work.

Remote-first, but never distant.
Elite global teams, one operating cadence. Weekly working sessions, real mentorship, and an AI Academy that runs whether or not there’s a client waiting on the other side.
